Articles, guides and price ranges on this site are general information for central Indiana lawns. They are not a quote or a guarantee of results. Lawn outcomes depend on weather, soil, watering, shade and other conditions outside our control.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and/or an inspection of the property. Any published price ranges are market benchmarks, not our prices. Your written quote lists the scope, frequency, exclusions and price, and controls if it differs from anything on this website.
Scheduling and weather
Visits may be moved for rain, extreme heat, drought, frozen ground or unsafe conditions. We'll let you know when weather changes the schedule. Storm and snow calls are handled as crews allow, with contract customers first.
Our workmanship guarantee
If something on a visit isn't right — a missed edge, a skipped gate, clippings on the walk — tell us within 48 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge.
Treatments and safety
Fertilizer and weed-control products are applied according to their labels and Indiana requirements. Please follow the re-entry and watering instructions we provide, and tell us about pets, children's play areas, gardens, ponds or pollinator plantings before treatment.
Property access
You agree to give us safe access to the areas to be serviced and to tell us about gates, pets, hidden hazards, irrigation heads, invisible fences and anything that could be damaged by equipment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Speedway Lawn Maintenance, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Service agreements may contain additional terms.
